Born and raised in the heart of Lambton County on a mixed Dairy - Hog - Horse operation, Paul has been involved in Agriculture and with Farmers all his life.
Participation in 4-H and Jr. Farmers has helped to build a strong sense of service and community to his outlook.
In 1994 Paul began full time employment as a Artificial Insemination Technician.
However, it has always been Paul's goal to work for himself.
The establishment of Lester's Bovine A.I. Service in 2002 helps to realize that dream and it's surely something all farmers themselves can appreciate.
